This was extremely easy to manage because of the online platform and tracker; this was a huge benefit for me because of time difference between countries and being able to view details of conveyance in one page. There was no need to lengthy, and sometimes unnecessary emails, as all documents could be easily uploaded via CC's platform. I did have one zoom call with the lovely Catherine, and this was the only contact that was necessary. To be honest, this was a non complicated sale, but my wife will purchase a property in the coming months and for sure we will return to use CC for a more complex sale.
